Join me for a Nervous System Reset Class!

Take a break from the stress of daily life and join our in-person Nervous System Reset Class at Kulturhuset Islands Brygge (Undergrunden room).

As a certified practitioner and educator in stress and nervous system health, I’ll guide you through a deeply restorative class designed to help you relax, release, and reset. You'll be introduced not only to powerful tools but also to the science and "why" behind them so you can understand how and why they work for your body and mind.

What to Expect:
Breathwork – Deep, intentional breathing to calm the nervous system
Somatic Movement & Therapeutic Yoga – Gentle exercises to release stored tension
Mindfulness & Meditation – Practices to center and ground yourself
Practical Techniques – Strategies you can use in daily life to manage stress and anxiety

Together, we’ll explore:

  • How stress and anxiety impact your body and brain
  • Why you might feel stuck in overthinking, panic or freeze mode and how to shift out of it.
  • What the vagus nerve is and how to activate your body’s natural calming system
  • How to recognize when you're outside your window of tolerance and how to come back into balance
  • Simple, practical tools to feel grounded, safe and present
