Do I have to bring anything?

No! We will have yoga mats and blankets for everyone. Feel free to bring a water bottle and wear comfy clothes as you will be laying down for most of the session.

What if I have never tried energy work before?

No prior experience necessary! If this sounds interesting, then your innate wisdom is drawing you to come experience this work. There is nothing for you to "do" we will guide you through visualizations, introductory breathwork, etc.
