In this 2.5-hour workshop, you will:

Daisy brings a deeply personal connection to this work. After years supporting her daughter through epilepsy and brain surgery, she found healing in the breath — and now shares this profound tool with others as a trained breathwork facilitator.
Lucy has spent over 20 years supporting people through healing and transformation. She is qualified in Auricular and facial acupuncture, Chinese facial massage, fascia release massage and is a certified coach and mentor.
