Ms. Prinz is a frequent speaker on negotiating and drafting technology-related agreements, and she is the author of the Silicon Valley Software Law Blog. Ms. Prinz started her Silicon Valley career at the Palo Alto office of the New York-based IP law firm of Pennie & Edmonds LLP, where she worked in the biotech and IP licensing groups . Following the sudden closing of Pennie & Edmonds LLP, she launched The Prinz Law Office, where she represents life sciences and technology companies and consultants on their technical negotiations and agreements. Ms. Prinz is a graduate of Vanderbilt Law School and is licensed to practice law in the states of California and Georgia.
