Join Chef Raj for a hands-on, flavor-packed cooking experience where you’ll learn to craft authentic Neapolitan-style pizza from scratch — from mixing the perfect dough to creating fresh, garden-inspired toppings.

We’ll even take a quick stroll to the ECDI Community Garden to pick ingredients straight from the source before heading back to fire up our 950° pizza oven (yes, it’s that hot!).

Each participant will enjoy:
