Lasse Palomaki is an experienced career services professional, speaker, and instructional designer with deep experience supporting jobseekers across various fields. As the Associate Director of Career Services for Alumni at Elon University, and the Founder of The Strategic Student LLC, he has coached thousands of students and professionals on practical, modern job search strategies—including how to leverage emerging tools like AI. Lasse has delivered workshops at more than 30 institutions, including Cornell, UCLA, and UT Dallas. He holds a certification in Instructional Design from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and a certification in Design Thinking from IDEO and is passionate about helping North Carolinians navigate the evolving world of work.
