Wills for Heroes is a free legal clinic offered by the North Carolina Bar Foundation in which volunteer attorneys draft simple wills, health care power of attorney, advance directives, and financial power of attorney documents for first responders and their families, free of charge. Teachers and Teacher Assistants eligible for this clinic are those from Devonshire Elementary School.
This Wills for Heroes clinic will be an in-person clinic held at Devonshire Elementary School (6500 Barrington Drive, Charlotte, NC 28215).
