NC State Extension Spray Drone Fly-In
Overview
The NC State Extension Spray Drone Fly-In is an all day educational event designed for current remote pilots making pesticide, seed sowing, and other aerial applications. This event combines classroom learning with hands on flying and swath testing.
This event will provide pesticide credits for licensed aerial applicators as well as an opportunity for annual aircraft inspections. If getting your aircraft inspected be sure to bring the aircraft, your FAA registration number, and $25.
Anyone wishing to test their aircraft settings will need to provide proof of certifications (Remote Pilot Certificate - Part 107 and 44807 certificate if 55 lbs or over). To sign up for testing or other questions contact Seth Nagy (snagy@ncsu.edu) or call 828-757-1290.

Please direct accommodation requests to: Tina Lovejoy (tlovejo@ncsu.edu) or 828-757-1290. Requests can be served more effectively if notice is provided at least 10 days before the event.
