Our program committee is planning an outstanding program with nationally known faculty joining us this year. Attendees include cardiologists, cardiovascular surgeons, cardiovascular technicians, nurse practitioners, PAs, nurses, program administrators and guests from across the Carolinas and other states.

In addition, the Chapter will be holding a Fellows-in-Training seminar, Cardiovascular Team seminar and a Women in Cardiology seminar on September 19.

Late Fee

*Late Fee - conference registrations made from September 8 on will incur a late fee of $50. *New registrations for the Saturday dinner made onsite at the conference will incur a late fee of $75, plus original registration fee for all registration categories.

What are the registration fees?

NC/SC ACC Chapter Members and Practice Managers: $350 Non ACC Chapter Members: $450 CV Technician (NP, PA, RN): $150 Spouse/Guest/16yo+: $100

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made via email to bdenny@sccacc.org by Sept 10 at 5pm EST in order to receive a full refund, less credit card processing fees. Cancellations from Sept 13 on are unable to be refunded.

How do I make hotel reservations?

A receipt will be automatically sent to the email you registered with. Hotel reservation information will be in the email. You may book your room after registering for the conference. A LIMITED number of rooms remain on Friday and Saturday nights at the Omni. There are no blocked rooms on Thurs

Parking

Valet Parking: $40 for overnight guests and day parking. Self Parking: $30 for overnight guests and day parking. First hour for day parking is complimentary. After that, 1-3 hours is $14, 3-6 hours is $24, and 6-24 hours is $30. Oversized vehicle parking is limited.

How do I get CME?

After CME is approved for the conference, information will be provided at the conference on how to obtain CME credits.
