NC HUB Certification Workshop
Overview
Ready to become a certified Historically Underutilized Business(HUB) in North Carolina? This step-by-step, counselor-supported program helps you complete the full certification process - including your SWUC application and NC eVP registration-in just 30 days.
No tech experience? No problem, Our expert business counselors will guide you through each step of the process- virtually and in person.
Course Format:
- Step 1: Participants gain access to our online platform during the first week of the month. This platform includes helpful resources and detailed instructions for all required documents. Before attending the in-person session, participants should review the "Required Documents Overview" video and start gathering or preparing your documents in advance of the in-person session. You do NOT need to have all of your documents completed before the in-person session; however, the more you can get done the faster the process will be for your business.
- Step 2: On the second Tuesday of the month, all participants will meet in person to complete the NC eVP and SWUC registration processes. If you have a computer, please bring it with you; we have a limited supply of laptops for business owners who do not have a computer, or who do not bring theirs to the class with them.
- Step 3: During the final week of the month, you’ll schedule a one-on-one meeting with the instructor to upload your completed document packet.
