Who Should Attend: Companies that currently have federal contracts, companies that plan to bid on federal or state contracts, HR and diversity professionals, recruiters, hiring managers, anyone involved in the AAP process or in collecting EEOC data, and subcontractors (subcontractors are not exempt from compliance).
This workshop includes continental breakfast, lunch, a workbook, 6.5 HRCI credits and 6.5 PDC credits.

About the Presenters:
Grace M. Conti - Executive VP and Director, Affirmative Action Compliance Department
Ms. Conti holds a degree in Human Resources/Labor Relations from the State University of New York and has also taken courses at Cornell University. Ms. Conti is perhaps best known for her expertise in Affirmative Action rules and regulations. Often called the “Affirmative Action guru” by her clients, she is proud of her exceptional record of successfully closed OFCCP audits. Grace regularly holds training workshops throughout the country on the various affirmative action compliance matters. Her clients come from a variety of industries including aircraft, communications, manufacturing, construction and various service industries. Grace develops comprehensive programs tailored specifically for those companies which have or are seeking Federal government contracts.
Maureen Bradley - Affirmative Action/HR Consultant
Maureen Bradley's primary focus at PMP is assisting clients in the development and maintenance of Affirmative Action Plans and analyses of their data including compensation. She analyzes all personnel data when updating plans or before submission to Department of Labor OFCCP compliance evaluations. Maureen also serves as the FMLA Administrator for clients who outsource their FMLA administration to PMP. She graduated from Molloy College with a degree in Mathematics & Computer Science.
