About this event

Grief wears many faces—and they’re all valid.

Hosted by Bright Moments Therapy, this virtual support group offers a compassionate space to explore grief in all its forms—not just the grief that follows death, but the grief tied to change, loss, and the unknown.

Whether it's the end of a relationship, the loss of a job, a shift in identity, or mourning a future that never came to be, Navigating the Many Faces of Grief creates space for the invisible, unspoken, and complex layers of loss that often go unacknowledged.

Over six weekly sessions, participants will explore how grief shows up in the body, mind, and spirit—while learning tools to gently carry it forward, not alone, but alongside others who understand.
