Ever been told you're too much? Too emotional?

What if your emotions weren’t the problem, but rather powerful messengers guiding you toward what you truly need?

What if taking responsibility for your emotions and needs gave you more freedom, not less?

Join us for a session of NVC for Women, where we’ll dive deeper into recognizing and naming our emotions through a trauma-sensitive and mindfulness-based lens. This session will focus on creating a safe space for women to become more aware of their inner dialogue around emotions and reactions, allowing for greater self-compassion and understanding.

We’ll explore how ADHD can impact emotional experiences and guide you through fictional scenarios to bring awareness to automatic and unconscious emotional reactions. Through group discussions, you’ll have the opportunity to share your experiences and connect with others, fostering a sense of community where women feel seen, heard, and understood.

To further support your journey, we’ll also enjoy a mini sound bath, offering soothing sounds to help calm the nervous system and enhance your emotional awareness.

This session is designed to build trust, support your emotional awareness, and provide a shared space for growth and healing. We look forward to continuing this transformative journey with you.

Mary-Carmen Wiser has her master's in Mindfulness Studies from Lesley University. She has studied mindfulness and has developed her awareness practice over the last 6 years. She was formally diagnosed with ADHD in her first year of grad school and has self-diagnosed as Autistic.

She offers compassionate education of the ADHD nervous system and experience, and she hopes all women can let go of the self-judgment they inherited to be the powerful womyn that we are!
