Overview

Grief and loss support group with a focus on education on healthy navigation, providing tools, creating a safe space for connection.

The holiday season can be beautiful—but it can also be unbelievably heavy when you’re navigating grief. If you’re entering this season missing someone, rebuilding traditions, or simply trying to hold yourself together, you don’t have to do it alone.

Our Navigating the Holidays Without support group is a warm, grounded, judgment-free space for adults who want community, tools, and understanding as they move through grief at their own pace.

💛

What to Expect

Over 4-5 weekly virtual gatherings, we gently explore:

  • The Five Stages of Grief
  • How to create new and meaningful traditions
  • Setting boundaries with family and friends
  • Holiday self-care that actually feels doable
  • Moving into the New Year with compassion for yourself

This group is supportive, not clinical. You’re welcome to share, listen, reflect—or simply show up as you are.
