For over a 2 decades, I have served in the coaching and training capacities working with CSR’s, Claims Adjusters, Agents and other career driven individuals to build a more productive lifestyle. As a Certified Coach and Mentor, I specialized in Stress Management, Time Management, Change Management and Emotional Intelligence. I hold 12 certifications from Havard ManageMentor and I also hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from University of Phoenix. I require all of my students to put in the work. My philosophy is simple: self-work is the best work so we must get to work. As I lead and show I will expect you to put in the work using the examples.
