When one partner has ADHD, love doesn’t disappear, but understanding can. Everyday moments can turn into misunderstandings, and both partners can end up feeling unseen or exhausted.

This 60-minute workshop will help you make sense of ADHD in the context of your relationship and give you simple, science-backed tools to improve communication, reduce frustration, and rebuild connection.

You’ll learn how ADHD affects emotions, focus, and follow-through, the common loops that many couples fall into, and practical strategies to help you work together as a team.

Whether you’re the partner with ADHD or the one supporting them, you’ll leave with clarity, empathy, and tools you can start using right away.

Register now to gain tools and understanding that bring you closer together.

About the facilitators:

The Good Life Mental Health Services is a husband-and-wife team based in the Chicagoland area, offering therapy and coaching to individuals and couples navigating life, relationships, and mental health with compassion and clarity.

Vanessa is a dedicated therapist who blends evidence-based clinical approaches with a deep understanding of human emotion and movement. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is both a Board-Certified Dance/Movement Therapist (BC-DMT) and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). Vanessa helps clients reconnect to themselves and their relationships through empathy, body awareness, and mindful communication.

Tou Ger is a highly sought-after mental health and relationship coach who has supported individuals from top organizations such as Google, Meta, and Tesla. Known for his direct yet compassionate approach, he helps clients move from overthinking to intentional action, focusing on confidence, communication, and emotional intelligence in relationships and work.

Together, they don’t just teach these tools—they live them. As a couple where Vanessa has ADHD and Tou Ger does not, they understand firsthand how neurodivergence can shape communication, connection, and daily life. Their work is grounded in empathy, science, and experience—helping other couples find understanding, balance, and teamwork rather than tension and misunderstanding.
