Performance counseling sessions are often difficult for supervisors as well as employees. We are usually delivering information that is hard for people to hear. A poorly handled counseling session can damage the relationship between a supervisor and their employee.
In this workshop, we will discuss how to prepare and conduct effective conversations that help move employees forward with a clear plan to support improved and sustained performance.

- Effectively document and deliver counseling and corrective action
- Understand the steps to a fair and legal corrective action process
