We’ll explore how to root into what’s steady, reconnect with what matters most, and meet overwhelm with equilibrium. You don’t have to disappear yourself to stay engaged. There’s another way.

Yes! This talk will tap into the neuroscience behind why we feel the way we do, and what to do about it. There will be some optional embodiment practices you can join along in as well.
