Our Group Leaders will guide you through engaging lessons and creating your onw personalized action plan for small changes that make a big impact on health and wellbeing!

Program Overview: The NOW program is a 6-week workshop for adults 60+.

Sessions meet once a week for 90 minutes with 2 facilitators, using a mix of lecture, discussion, and activities.

Medication Management: Gain skills for managing medications effectively.
Healthy Eating Habits: Learn practical strategies for better nutrition.
Managing Fatigue: Explore techniques to boost energy and manage tiredness.
