Catherine Sherry, CPACC, has over 15 years of experience in the staffing industry, with a strong focus on inclusive hiring. She is passionate about connecting top talent with jobs at the nation’s most innovative companies, and advocating for accessibility and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace.
Cathi will explore the essential topics surrounding neurodiversity in the workplace, including legal rights, common accommodations, and the nuances of disclosure. Attendees will gain insights into how neurodiverse individuals can advocate for themselves in professional settings and the accommodations that can make a significant impact on productivity and well-being. She will also discuss how employers can foster inclusive environments by understanding and reacting to accommodation requests, as well as when and how neurodiverse employees should disclose their condition during the hiring process.

The first thirty minutes of the meeting will be a prepared presentation. The second thirty minutes will be Q&A with the speaker.
