Join us for a transformative Menopause Workshop Series taught by Blaine Wilkes, certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, co-owner of Energy Medicine Yoga, Group Exercise Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Health Coach. Each workshop includes 45 minutes of informative lecture and 45 minutes of yoga/movement, providing you with practical tools and a sense of empowerment for navigating menopause with ease. Attend one or all sessions to enhance your well-being during this transformative phase!June 19: Restful Sleep – Learn strategies to improve sleep quality and create a restful nighttime routine, followed by gentle yoga to calm the body and mind.June 26: Clear Mind – Discover techniques to reduce brain fog and enhance focus, with mindful movement to sharpen clarity and restore mental balance.July 10: Pelvic Floor Health – Gain insights into maintaining pelvic floor strength, followed by targeted exercises and yoga poses to support this vital area of your body.July 17: Weight Management – Explore mindful approaches to managing weight during menopause, paired with movement practices to help optimize metabolism and boost energy.
