Navigating Loss During the Holidays (Hosted by Enoch Pratt Free Library)
Overview
This supportive workshop will offer space to reflect, share, and learn coping strategies for navigating grief during the holiday season.
The winter season can be really tough when you’re grieving. While often a time of joy and celebration, holidays can also bring up feelings of sadness, loneliness, and longing. This workshop with Healing for Success will provide a supportive space to talk about how grief can show up during the holidays, share coping strategies, and know you’re not alone.
We’ll spend some time reflecting through a creative activity, and there will be an opportunity to share–or just listen–whatever feels right. Everyone will leave with resources, readings, and tips to help carry grief with a little more care this season.
Please note: this event will take place in the Mikulski Room on the third floor of the Central Library.
This session is hosted by Enoch Pratt Free Library. To register, please visit the official library event page here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/navigating-loss-during-the-holidays-tickets-1748117579739?aff=oddtdtcreator
