The Coalition for Sustainable AI is an initiative initiated by France, the UN Environment Programme and the International Telecommunication Union, with the support of several international organizations. Launched at the Paris AI Action Summit, it aims at building a global community of stakeholders willing to contribute to initiatives for aligning AI development with global sustainability goals and fostering responsible AI that supports the environmental policies.
Companies, associations, research institutes can become apart of the 180+ “members of the Coalition”. Governments and international organizations can also show their support to the Coalition and become “Coalition supporters”.
Building on interviews and on the consultation of its members, the Sustainable Coalition is releasing the first mapping of international and collaborative sustainable AI initiatives.
Join us on September 4th to discover the first release of the mapping, understand who is doing what, identify initiatives to join or support and contribute to its improvement! This first mapping already shows an ecosystem increasingly committed to align AI with our global environmental goals.
The event is open to everyone, including members and organizations interested in joining the Coalition.
