Navigating Holiday Grief

By MiShon Landry

Overview

Grief can be heavier during the holidays. Join our heartfelt, limited-space session for comfort, connection, and support. RSVP today!

Join us on Saturday, November 15th from 1PM-3PM at Carpenter’s Cafe for a 2-hour gentle gathering designed for those grieving during the holidays. Featuring guided discussions, storytelling, reflection, healing tools, a floral arrangement activity, and private 1-1 support. Lite bites and refreshments served.

This 2-hour gathering offers a gentle, supportive space to reflect on how grief may show up during the holidays, whether your loss is recent or something you’ve carried for years.

Through a guided approach with storytelling, creative rituals, and personal connection, we’ll explore ways to honor your experience and care for yourself in a season that can feel both joyful and painful.

Led by a facilitator deeply acquainted with grief, the session includes a creative floral arrangement activity to help you honor your loved one or treat yourself, as well as optional 1:1 time with a licensed therapist for private support.
