Hardy Brooklyn

Life coach and performance artist Hardy Brooklyn helps people considering or experiencing life transitions to discover—and start living—their authentic selves through transformational life and business coaching. He co-hosts and produces podcasts and webinars on topics including creativity and change and delivers training and workshops on a range of topics such as consent. Performing at multiple improv and open-mic events, including The Moth story slam, Hardy models for art photography projects and, to date, has appeared in 20+ film and television productions. An enthusiastic bicyclist and advocate for safe and sustainable transportation, he is committed to living his true, authentic self—wherever that may lead—willing to try anything from being the canvas for all-over body painting to reporting on the pros and cons of cricket-based protein bars.

In guiding clients through navigating change and living authentically as their true selves, Hardy's coaching approach combines applying his: improv skills; techniques gained during his Achology Life Coach and Achology NLP Practitioner trainings; and his own personal growth. As a lifelong learner, he’s also been: training in – and teaching – martial arts and self-defense for nearly 30 years; an outdoor recreation leader; laser-tag referee; scout leader; and devotee of his own personal growth and development.
