Who is presenting?

Hello!

I'm Tyese Wortham, and for the past 20 plus years I've committed my life's work to cultivating safe, inclusive spaces for black and brown folks to thrive.

After suffering silently and in isolation for nearly 30 years with endometriosis and chronic Lyme disease, I'm extending my equity lens to bring visibility to Lyme disease and other multi-systemic chronic illnesses in BIPOC & queer communities using cultural movement traditions as medicine, community connections as care, and joyful downloads as healing.

Combining the folkloric, spiritual, and performative traditions of the African diaspora with limbic brain and nervous system healing techniques, I created Thriving With Lyme to share an alternative pathway to optimal health that helped me reclaim my power and agency on my healing journey.
