About this event
- Event lasts 2 hours
It’s time to focus on you, for just a moment. By doing so, you can continue along your leadership journey.
In this 2 hour workshop, I will share the actual tools and strategies I've utilized over the last 13 years in navigating big life changes like changing careers, starting and ending a business, divorce, coming out to religious parents at 30 and moving to a new country without knowing anyone.
What you will learn:
- My 8-step approach for moving through Grief while still showing up as a leader in your life
- A Framework for communicating needs and boundaries
- The Do Something Method for Imposter Syndrome
What you'll walk away with:
- Tools to get unstuck
- Greater confidence and perspective on how to navigate transitions
What you need:
an open mind and heart
presence and the zoom app
notebook and pen or device to take notes
Who this is for: leaders who feel stuck and are active participants in their lives, ready to make a change and utilize what you learn in this workshop as a way to catalyze that change into reality.
Special Note: This is the first part of my Change series of workshops. What you start here will compliment what we will next explore and learn in Embracing Change, and eventually, what we will then evolve into and learn in Be the Change. You can join all as they become available, or pop in for just one or two, the choice is yours.
About Shasta Guides, LLC: Shasta Guides is a values driven organization, with a mission to catalyze leadership through the integration of spiritual truth, creative expression and serving with integrity - empowering leaders to advance systems of restorative justice.
Who I am: I am your non-binary spirit guide, here to be the bridge for change in leadership. My unique perspectives from growing up between cultures (US & Mexico), races (Black & White) genders (Male & Female), and spiritual beliefs (Religion & Indigenous) helps me to form connections and inspire new ways forward that may help you lead the change you seek to make within yourself first, and in this world.
My former career as a health coach, personal trainer and athletic trainer, working my way up to a major university in southern California, helped launch me into my own style of leadership. Through this experience, I also suffered a crisis, spiritually, which catalyzed an in depth journey of self discovery, leading me toward many beginnings and endings in career, community and love - helping me gain mastery of transitions.
After over a decade of gaining experience and knowledge, I am happy to bring this work to you, in hopes that it may help you do what is important to you with more courage, confidence and consideration.
