What to Expect:
You'll be guided through a mindful yoga flow that includes gentle warm-ups, grounding poses, breathwork, and a deep relaxation under the open sky. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you'll be supported with options and encouraged to move at your own pace. The sounds of birds, the feel of the breeze, and the scent of the earth will naturally enhance your experience.

Frequently asked questions

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing that allows for movement. Layers are recommended for outdoor settings.

What should I bring?

Bring a yoga mat, a small towel, water bottle, sunscreen, bug spray, and a light layer in case of weather changes. Optional: hat, sunglasses, and a blanket for relaxation.

Where is the session held?

Typically in a grassy or shaded area. Closer to Sprague Place and Robin Street. Look for our team members with mats out.

How long is the session?

Typically 60–75 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled.

Do I need prior yoga experience?

Not at all! All levels are welcome—from complete beginners to seasoned yogis. Instructors will offer modifications throughout the session.

Is there a cost to attend?

Yes. $20 is the price for the session. Advanced registration is required to attend.

Are kids or pets allowed?

Yes! Children aged 5-15 are welcome but must accompanied by adults. (Children must also pay $20 to attend in Nature Session.) However, please leave pets at home unless they are service animals.

What happens if it rains?

We’ll notify participants via email or social media at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled time of the session if the event will be postponed or rescheduled due to weather.

Is there a bathroom nearby?

Possibly. Season permitting, the bathrooms are located in the park near the pond, closest to Madison Avenue.
