Nature Walk for Women: Find Your BreakthroughStep into nature—and into yourself. This women-only walk is more than just a chance to get outside. It’s a guided experience to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and uncover the clarity you've been craving. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a reset, this is your space to reconnect—with nature, with other women, and most importantly, with yourself.

Spots are limited to 10 —reserve yours early.

What should I bring?

This is 100% outdoors, please bring water, bug spray, sun screen.

What can I expect?

Expect a slow guided walk on both paved and natural trails. We will walk less than 2 miles in 1 hour, this will not be an "exercise" activity. We will take our time to observe the nature around us and be present in the moment.

I don't know anyone, can I go alone?

Yes! This is an open and welcoming group designed to create connectedness with ourselves and the world around us. Come say hi to me at the beginning and I will ensure that you feel included and have a great time.

Can I bring my dog? or kids?

We love our families, but this event is designed to be a quiet break from life. Keep on the lookout for future events that are pet-friendly and family-friendly. Please do not bring pets or kids. (service animals are always welcome)
