Nature Unplugged Advocate Certification Workshop (Virtual)

Did you know that the average American checks their phone 150 times a day and spends 90% of their time indoors?

During this 90 minute, dynamic workshop, we will discuss the rise of the attention economy and explore what’s happening behind the scenes to make us so obsessed with the devices and screens in our lives. Most importantly, we will focus on solutions that promote balance and wellness. This workshop offers an introduction to Nature Unplugged’s ‘Wellness in the Digital Age‘ concepts and curriculum, including healthy boundaries with technology, reconnecting with nature and living with more intention in a digitally distracted world. This workshop gives participants the tools and resources needed to make an immediate and positive impact in their lives and organization.

To ensure a high-quality experience for participants, space is limited.
