Nature Rx | Stargazing and Fireside Reflections
Overview
Join us for a mindful evening around the campfire at Hines Hill campus. As we approach the winter solstice, the nights are long, and it’s a perfect time to appreciate the beauty of the night sky.
Dr. Joe Blanda will lead a discussion on the health benefits of experiencing the awe of the night sky, quiet time, night sounds, and more. We will take time to write about what we observed in the sky through poetry.
Enjoy slowing down, staying warm by the fire, and stargazing with us.
This event is part of the Nature Rx program. For more details on the program, please visit www.forcvnp.org/naturerx.
