Come join us for a rejuvenating experience outdoors at the Brushy Fork bridge (parking off Scaffold Cane Rd.). Nature R&R is a slow-paced, relaxing and restorative forest experience. Please bring water and a portable seat or ground cover.

We will meet at the parking lot to begin at 5:30 pm.

What are the physical requirements?

Ability to navigate uneven ground, but this is not a hike. May encounter slight elevation change but it is all slow-paced.
