Nature Journaling
By The Water Conservation Garden
Multiple dates
Overview
Begin with a guided meditation to set the tone. Choose a journal prompt which inspires you and let nature guide you through the process.
In this fun new workshop you will receive a nature journal from Jessica Ullyott, founder of Nature Needs SD. The group will begin with guided grounding and meditation and then you will choose a different prompt from the journal and spend time appreciating the nature all around us before coming back together to discuss what we learned. You will gain a greater appreciation for the natural world around us and tools to connect with nature on your own.
