I’d love for you to join me for a women-only hike at Flat Rock Brook Nature Center! It’s a chance to connect with other women, enjoy the beauty of nature, and move your body in a supportive, welcoming environment.

I’m Renat, a licensed physical therapist and the owner of HMPT Women, and I’ll be hosting the hike. I’ll be happy to answer any questions you have about women’s musculoskeletal health, movement, and wellness along the way. Whether you’re curious about posture, injury prevention, or just staying active, this hike is for you!

Bring comfortable shoes, water, and your curiosity. All fitness levels are welcome—this is all about connection, movement, and enjoying nature together.
