In a downmarket, how are real estate investment management firms retaining key talent withy little to no promote? How are firms innovating through real estate cycles? Through whole room Q&A, NAREIM members share insights into the following issues:
- Carried interest allocations for newly raised vehicles. Which functional groups are being included and how do firms align widening carried interest allocations during tougher fundraising periods?
- Retention for senior leaders. What are the key tools for retaining key personnel in today's market?
