Is this event free?

Yes, we are a local community coalition and we want to expand access to and provide education about this safe, and life-saving medication.

Is the Narcan/Naloxone free?

Yes! Tapestry Health staff will be on site providing free Narcan/Naloxone kits to anyone who would like some.

Why would I need Narcan?

Narcan is a safe medication that can reverse an overdose from opioids. It is a good medication to keep in your first aid box and since 46% of overdoses occur when a bystander is present, that would give you the chance to save a life were you that bystander.
