When will my hours post?

We report from TEXAS REALTORS providership within 2-3 business days to TREC. TREC will reflect your hours on your portal within 5-7 business days. NAR will verify through your board that you have satisfied the requirement. We do not report to NAR on your behalf.

Will I get a certificate?

We do not provide certificates for proof of course attendance. It is the agent's responsibility contact NAR and your local real estate board to confirm your credit hours in your TREC portal.

NAR's mandatory Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice plus related resources and training. NAR requires Code of Ethics training every three years for practicing REALTORS®.

REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®.

Training may be completed through NAR’s online courses or through another method, such as online or classroom courses via local/state associations. Read the consequences for failing to complete Code of Ethics training here. NAR Code of Ethics
