Give yourself space to reset, soften, and breathe before the week begins. Rest and Replenish is a Sunday experience designed for deep restoration, nervous system support, and intentional comfort. Warm catered soup + fresh salad are included to nourish your body while stillness nourishes your mind.

This experience weaves together guided rest and restorative sound meditation to help release tension, calm the system, and bring you back into balance. Gentle cues, slow pacing, and soothing sound frequencies support inner stillness and nervous system regulation so you can leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.

Come dressed in soft, comfortable clothing. Bring a blanket or pillow for added coziness, and give yourself permission to fully arrive and receive. Light refreshments and a warm meal are thoughtfully included so you leave replenished on every level.

Space is intentionally limited to protect the energy and experience for all attending.
