Led by a somatic therapist, Myo and Chill is a cozy, judgment-free space to release physical tension, ease nervous system overwhelm, and move toward the kind of freedom you can feel—in your breath, your posture, your workouts, your relationships, and your everyday life.
🌀 What Is Myofascial Release?
If you’ve ever felt sore after a workout, stiff from sitting, or tight in places you can’t quite stretch — chances are your fascia (the connective tissue in your body) is involved.
Myofascial release is a gentle technique using tools like foam rollers or massage balls to hydrate tissues, increase circulation, and reduce pain or stiffness.
It’s used by athletes for muscle recovery, by therapists for emotional release, and by everyday people for long-term relief and body awareness.
