MyChart Digital Navigator Training (Moses Lake In-Person)

Course Overview:
MyChart Certification Training equips Digital Navigators with the knowledge and hands-on skills needed to confidently support community members in using the MyChart patient portal. This interactive course covers all essential MyChart workflows, including account access, secure messaging, appointment management, test results, proxy access, and mobile features.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the core features and benefits of MyChart for patients
- Demonstrate proficiency in account setup, navigation, and troubleshooting
- Guide patients through secure login, test results, messaging, and appointment workflows
- Support patients with proxy access, mobile app use, and health tracking tools
- Apply best practices for privacy, security, and patient engagement
Certification Path:
Participants must attend this in-person training session, complete hands-on activities, and pass a knowledge check/quiz. Upon successful completion, participants will receive an official certificate and “MyChart Certified” pin.
Who Should Attend:
Digital Navigators who interact with patients or support digital health initiatives.
Format:
Instructor-led, in-person sessions with live demonstrations, practice exercises, and Q&A. Training materials and tip sheets are provided.
Location:
Big Bend Community College: 7611 Bolling Street NE, Moses Lake
ATEC 1800 Building. Room details will be shared via email.
Light refreshments, including coffee/tea and pastries will be provided.
