My Mindset Matters

My Mindset Matters is a group for teens and young adults (TYAs) to learn healthy ways to develop their mindsets with Biblical & faith based principles intertwined in discussions. This group will be a series of 7 sessions occuring September 17, 2025-December 17, 2025. Topics of discussion will include Managing Stress (in a healthy way), Building Resilience, Setting Godly Goals, & Understanding Dangerous Mind Traps.

This group will be facilitated by Shanice Lockhart; owner of Kingdom Vision Counseling & Consulting LLC, licensed mental health counselor, and college instructor
