VH1 Save The Music’s ‘Musically Mastered Menu’ dinner series, combines talent from two creative worlds on the top of their respective games: a chef and a musician. Each fundraising event features a multi-course menu from a celebrated local chef inspired by the performing artist. Proceeds from the ticketed events will go toward VH1 Save The Music’s efforts to restore school music programs nationwide.
On March 28th, VH1 Save The Music will host it's eighth pop up dinner in Miami. Miami is more than just a destination for fun in the sun. Look beyond the sizzling allure of South Beach, and get to know one of the nation’s greatest dining scenes. From it's Latin flavors to Caribbean comfort food, Miami is the perfect place to broaden your international palate.
The evening includes, open cocktail hour with a live performance by R&B Singer/ Songwriter Tank at the Pawn Broker, followed by a multi-course dinner with sponsored bar crafted by Chef Jose Mendin, founding Partner and Director of Culinary Operations for the Pubbelly Hospitality Group at Pubbelly Station. All proceeds from the event benefit VH1 Save The Music Foundation.
