Guided rhythm games and cadences sparking brain function, balance and laughter. No experience needed. Bring your instrument or use ours.

The science behind music is unarguable for the benefits of the brain, at all ages and in any measure of health. Did you know that the some of the first ancient artifact digs discovered neanderthals with musical instruments? Not only is music and rhythm fun, enjoyable to hear, but it is healing and therapeutic. Come experience and participate in our monthly group. It will include guided activities resulting in:

  • Science chat correlating music and brain health
  • Neurological impact on enhanced mood
  • Parkinson's benefits: improved gait balance, posture, voice
  • Music's temporal structure improves motor function
  • Restores physiological and emotional balance
  • It's FUN! No 'natural talent' required!


Jam session will end our night if we've got some eager musicians in the group - it is different each month! We meet every fourth Tuesday of the month to connect through the universal sound of music, share good vibes, and enjoy a welcoming group experience. No pressure, no judgment—just a chance to unwind, be creative, and connect with others through sound. Come as you are, and let’s make some music together!
