The Muscle & Mindset Workshop is a 90-minute in-person experience designed to help midlife women break through the hesitation and finally step into consistent, joyful wellness.

You’ll learn how to pair physical strength training with mindset training — through accessible movement, practical tools, and yes, a little humor.

Join Megan McCaleb, comedian, speaking coach, and amatuer bodybuilder and Tashia Butler, certified personal trainer, 2X pro bodybuilder, and outdoor enthusiast.

Both are moms, business owners, and are insanely passionate about helping others get past their excuses and step into lives filled with laughter and wellness.

🏋️‍♀️ Full-Body Functional Workout: Guided, low-impact movements that anyone can do — no matter your current fitness level. You’ll leave with a repeatable home routine designed to build consistency and confidence.
