Overview
This workshop will be suitable for all abilities - whether you're working towards your first muscle up or looking to tidy up your technique.
We'll be focusing mainly on kipping bar muscle ups, covering the key positions, common mistakes and useful drills to help you build strength and confidence. We'll also touch on ring muscle ups so you can understand the similarities and differences between the two.
The goal is to give you clear, acheivable steps to work on based on where you're currently at - and plently of time to practice with coaching support.
