Hi! If you got this link it means that you are invited to the MUSA event. We are having a dinner with likeminded girls who would like to expand in every way. Emotional, mental, professional etc.

I’d like to introduce myself first, my name is Arantxa. I will be hosting you at my meditation loft in the arts district Los Angeles, we are located right next to restaurant BESTIA as a reference.

I’m a soundhealing practitioner and meditation teacher, I’m also in the movie industry and have huge plans for myself, do you ? Even if that means starting a new business or seeking wellbeing, creating a beautiful life for yourself - those are huge plans.

I created MUSA because at my spiritual spaces like New and Full moon ceremonies the community has always being eager to connect further but those spaces are only created for self expansion, healing and self exploration.

At MUSA you will find a beautiful exercise to open up and create vulnerability at the beginning of the night, and after that a couple of other exercises that will help us get to the next level.

Please note this is a dinner for expantion not just a dinner party.

What to wear?

It’s a dinner! So wear whatever makes you feel yourself! It is a Japanese table by the floor so please keep that in mind, also we’ll be removing our shoes inside

Where to park?

The event is taking place at the same building as restaurant BESTIA, so its usually very packed thats why we are starting right before the restaurant open. There’s parking in the alley. Worst case scenario theres valet parking (not included on your ticket )

What are BARS?

32 energetic centers located on your head, they get activated by touch, I love to call it human technology, as I do believe we are the greatest technology it will ever exist.

This certification lasts for about 7 hours, where ill teach you the technique, you will receive two bars sessions done to you by another practitioner learning and you will run the bars twice to someone else as well.

You’ll get a certificate, and the manual so you can keep practicing also access to all the other techniques of Access Consciousness®.

Soundhealing meditations, this go for about an hour. You receive vibration from the mystical crystal singoing bowls and some guidance from me, so you can jump right into the ether of sound.

The 90 min session- movement and sound combined, a technique I created for you. Often we try to inmidiately calm the body and jump right into meditation, but our vessel ( body) is very wise and has a lot to share with us, it also has a lot to let go of. When we allow our body to move in certain ways we let it express itself and release tension that can rarely be released with any other movement. This is not a workout, not at all.

It divides into two sections. 45 min movement and 45 min meditation with the Chrystal singing bowls.
