I’m hosting a Mummy Core Pilates class for moms in Miami! 🧘‍♀️💗 It’s going to be a super chill morning focused on reconnecting with your body, strengthening your core, and meeting other moms who just get it.

You don’t need to be a Pilates pro — this class is for all levels. Expect a really good stretch, a confidence boost, and some mom-to-mom connection time.

What to know:

• Arrive 10 minutes early
• Bring water
• Wear comfy athletic clothes
• Mats are included so you do not need to bring one
• Optional fun: I made a little outfit mood board (pink, beige, black) for inspo—totally not mandatory, just for fun
