The 20th bi-annual Multi-Group Mixer is scheduled to take place on October 29th, 2015 in Florham Park, NJ. Multiple groups/chambers/organizations will participate and 300-400 Professionals from across the state will attend.

The purpose of the Multi-Group Mixer is to bring together professionals from various organizations for a night of social and business networking and for group-to-group cross exposure. Professionals attend to make new contacts, make new friends, and to learn about other organizations.

During your onsite presence your company will be exposed to hundreds of professionals. As a sponsor you can hold raffles or offer sign-up sheets to capture the information of the guests. You may also pass out freebies, literature, etc.

Dressed tables that are 6' by 30" will be provided.

Event Tickets:
Each sponsor will be granted 5 tickets to the event.

What you may want to bring:
Literature, promotional items, etc. may be handed out.
We recommend you bring 2-4 people to staff the table and work the crowd.
You may want to do a raffle so that you can capture the information of those who stop by your table. Please note we will not do raffles at the event as we will not have access to a microphone but you may pick winners at the end of the night and mail out any prizes.

Set-Up and Break-Down:
Please arrive at 5:30pm to set-up your sponsorship table (linens will be provided).
Guests will begin to arrive promptly at 6:30pm.
You may not take down your table until 10pm.


Please note we will NOT grant exclusivity at this event. For example there may be 2 yoga studios who buy sponsorship tables.
We also reserve the right to limit/exclude any MLM companies.
