Please join us for a celebration 25 years in the making! The Filipino American Coalition for Environmental Solidarity - FACES was founded in 2020 to fight for the clean-up of pollution on former U.S. military bases in the Philippines. Over the last 25 years we have built solidarity with partners in the Philippines and driven a wide range of campaigns.

Join us for this special celebration of 25 years of FACES as we honor our legacy of environmental justice fights, from the bases clean-up campaign, to the campaign against polluters like Chevron, to the struggle to protect the Verde Island Passage. With food, ritual, stories, a sari-sari store silent auction, join us for this once-in-a-lifetime celebration!

Our program will include:

  • Exhibits reflecting on our 25 years of environmental justice history
  • Honoring our partners in the Philippines
  • Special performances
  • A silent auction of unique goods
  • Special food and drink menu custom-prepared by Understory
