How can I prepare so that I leave with a notarized copy of my Last Will and Testament?

Accepted Answer

Your spouse/partner (if you have one) - this conversation works best together. A pen - because the most important signatures happen in person. Your questions - I promise there are no "silly" ones. An appetite - seriously, the muffins are worth the trip alone

Do I need to consult with a lawyer?

Accepted Answer

You do not need a lawyer (I'll explain why during our workshop). There is no complicated paperwork.  The entire process takes about 90 minutes.  We are doing this early as not to take up hours of your Saturday. No stress - we're keeping this simple and sweet

Question 3

Will there be childcare?

Accepted Answer

We are using the office flex space to allow for as many folks as we can squeeze in.  While we at DreamWeaver ADORE kids and are creating a family space, smaller children can be a distraction for this type of conversation.  While 90 minutes is nothing to an adult, that's all day to a child.

Question 4

Will this be hybrid, can I watch online?

Accepted Answer

YES!  Because we are asking for small children to stay home, we are allowing for remote access and will have the technology to broadcast and a moderator to have your questions answered.

Question 5

Will I be able to prepare my Will in your office and leave with it same day?

Accepted Answer

YES is the simple answer!  Bring a tablet or notebook to walkthrough the workshop with us, we have limited technology (about 4 stations) and our assistant Ashley Guiling will be onsite at 11 to notarize for FREE.  Both online and in person!
